Description
The Bitsy Bug is Strike King’s answer to ultralight jigging in shallow water and around dense vegetation. At 1/8 oz, it casts easily on medium and lighter rods and drops on a controlled fall that lets you work it through brush, grass, and rocky structure without getting hung up constantly. The Watermelon finish—a natural color that blends into most freshwater environments—helps when bass are wary or water clarity is high. Work it with small hops and drags along the bottom, or let it swim near grass edges. It’s equally at home in a creek channel as it is around dock pilings.
