Description
Mustad’s Skatter Shad blade jig combines a realistic shad minnow body with a freely-rotating blade that generates strong vibration and flash—two things that get attention in murky water or when you’re fishing deeper structure. The 3/8oz weight lets you reach bottom quickly on vertical presentations or fish it on a slack line for maximum blade action. Pearl coloring shows well in most conditions and triggers instinctive strikes from bass, pike, and walleye. This jig works just as well twitched along a drop-off as it does jigged vertically over deeper holes.
